Rizom Studio is an eclectic design firm based in Tampa, Florida. We approach design with an evolving imagination and an open mind—we aren’t bound by traditional or standardized design customs. Established by AJ Sharabyani, our goal is to create timeless design with memorable spaces that continue to encourage a sense of discovery. We strive to enrich our clients with enduring contemporary design that ushers in a new wave of sustainable approaches in the Tampa Bay area. Our intent is to learn and grow with our clients on every project by exploring new ways to think about design, and we venture to make every project a unique solution that is entirely cultivated through collaboration with our visionary clients.

Result oriented, skilled Professional with over twenty-seven years of experience providing consulting services to both public and private sector. Lead professional and collaborator on many award winning national and international projects. Extensive experience in asset management, cost/life cycle analysis and maintenance of urban and industrial infrastructure. Solid track record of demonstrated leadership with an understanding of the dynamics of interpersonal relationships and statistical methodologies. Strong communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills (without authority), with ability to use fact-based and well-thought-out arguments to challenge all levels or change behavior/techniques as required. Proficiency in training, communication, presentations skills and development of materials.
